- Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Inaccuracies in Estimates: If you believe there are significant inaccuracies in the estimates provided, you may request a review and correction. If, after review, it is determined that the inaccuracies are due to errors on our part, a partial refund may be issued.
- Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you.
- Situations where dissatisfaction arises due to a change in your project requirements or scope after services have been completed.
- Services rendered based on information or documentation provided by you that was incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the service delivery with the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- The service provided and the date of delivery
- The reason for your refund request, including any relevant documentation or evidence to support your claim
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

In the event of a disagreement regarding the quality or accuracy of our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns.
